The following payment methods are available:
Internet banking
CSBL is pre-registered with a number of banks so that payment can be easily made online.
If you wish to pay Attendance Dues through Internet banking you will need CSBL's bank account number. You can get this from your bank or by contacting us. You will also need to supply your Family Account number from your invoice.
If you would like to know more about Internet banking either contact your bank or look at their website.
Phone banking
CSBL is registered with a number of banks that enables individuals to pay Attendance Dues using a bill payment number. If you would like to pay this way, contact your bank and remember to have your CSBL Family Account number handy. It is printed on your invoice.
Credit card payments
Credit card payments can be used to pay Attendance Dues as a lump sum payment, monthly deductions or instalments in March, May, July and September of each year.
How do I know how much to pay?
The following amounts will help you work out how much to pay. They are calculated for one student over a 12-month period at 2010 rates.

- Weekly $6.61
2010 Secondary

How do I set up a credit card payment?
- Print the Credit Card Form single payment or monthly/instalment
- Fill out all the details on the form and remember to sign it

Credit card payments can also be made in person or by phoning Catholic Schools Board Limited (22-30 Hill Street, Wellington, 04 499 0184 or 0800 46 27 25) between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday. We have an answer phone for out of hours calls which are followed up by staff within 24 hours.

Automatic payments
Automatic payments suit people who want to make regular payments to CSBL automatically from their bank account.
There are a few steps involved in setting up an automatic payment.

What information does CSBL need?
CSBL needs:
a) a completed Identification Form that tells us your name and address and which students the Attendance Dues are being paid for;
b) a completed Automatic Payment Form to send to your bank.
How do I set up an automatic payment?
1. Print the Identification Form for Automatic Payment Deductions
2. Complete all the details
3. Print the Automatic Payment Form
4. Complete the Payer and Account details and the Frequency and Amount details (CSBL will complete the Payee details)
5. Sign the form
6. Post the two completed forms to:

A member of the Dues Team will process your forms and send the Automatic Payment Form onto your bank. (Remember we can only do this if you have signed it).

Eftpos payments
Parents/caregivers can visit Catholic Schools Board Limited, at the Catholic Centre, 22-30 Hill Street, Thorndon, Wellington to make an Eftpos payment if they wish.
Cheques
Cheques can be used to pay Attendance Dues. Please make cheques payable to 'Catholic Schools Board Limited' and post to:
